There are 12 unique avian species on Bird Island, with thousands of white terns and sooty terns nesting and reproducing here, and its natural reserve has been listed in the World Heritage Site. Seychelles is a very small area, only the size of seven to eight football fields. From May to October each year, nearly 3 million sooty terns breed here, envisioning the spectacular scene of countless birds soaring in the sky.
